Meet Our Director’s
Unlike other vocational schools, our Directors are very hands on. Not only are they active in the admission process, they are involved in the processes all the way through to placement.
Mrs. Johnston is extensively involved in the States of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware and local happenings for the unemployed and actively works with local agencies to assure that the school is doing all it can to better serve our students. She is also the Head of Women and Men Go Forth Ministries (working with hurting individuals) as well as C.A.R.E. (Cancer Awareness Restoration Equipment) and does public speaking in these areas as well.
The main goal that Mrs. Johnston wants people to understand is that at MCITC “PEOPLE MATTER”. We do need funds to keep the schools going, however each student is important to us, and we take pride in trying to match students with rewarding careers at rewarding pay scales. Credentialing has always been a part of MCITC that we feel is very important and also allows students to get the maximum benefit in the Job Market once taking and passing their exams. Qualified instructors with years of experience in their field also make MCITC a reason many choose to come to our school. Each student meets with the Director not just an enrollment person, and together they are able to see if the student is comfortable in the Career Choice they are making.
